Any changes or rescheduling should be no later than 24 hours before your appointment. 50 to 100% fee may be applied, if you change your mind within 24 hours, or no show.
Ensure that you are on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. No shows may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
